Katy Perry is one hard worker when it comes to beauty. We recently learned that her bedtime routine takes 1.5 hours, and on Friday, she told Jay Leno on The Tonight Show that she did some serious prep work to beautify herself further for her first Vogue cover (this month's issue—check it out here). "I kind of went on a cleanse," she said. "I did a lot of stuff like vitamins and supplements and changed my coffee to green tea, and I didn't drink any alcohol for three months, so I was really in the zone. I just wanted to be glowing for that cover."

Now that's devotion for you. Especially when you consider that makeup and Photoshop probably obscured most of the fruits of her labors.
