Who's that blond who's been strolling London with a piece of string tied 'round her head?
Why, it's Gwen Stefani, who paired the ropelike headband with some long pearlescent nails (see, I told you photos of celebrities carrying beverages are ideal for manicure-analysis purposes).
Looks like Gwen's added some long hair extensions too.
Anyway, back to that headband: I have a feeling that if Kourtney Kardashian were wearing the exact same hair accessory (and we know she would—it's very her style), you'd probably poke fun at it. Put it on Gwen Stefani, though, and suddenly it becomes kind of awesome. Such is her magical power to turn anything she touches into cool.
